[Groff] PS for child book

Last winter I did a posting to this list about child book that I
wanted to make. Miklos proposed me to do it in direct PostScrip and
that was the beginning of a longer journey for me. The result is very
beautiful I think. The book is now by the editor to be evaluated. I
have documented my journey in to Direct PostScript so if anybody is
interested go have a look.
