Nick has adapted mm for use with my pdfmark macro set; I myself use a
minimally extended ms set, spdf.tmac, which is already provided with
versions of groff recent enough to include pdfmark.tmac; it should not
be difficult to similarly extend me, and maybe mom and man.

I've also provided a front end, pdfroff, to facilitate the use of
pdfmark.tmac, driving groff and ghostscript to directly generate PDF;
it is agnostic to the user's choice of macro packages, although its
features are primarily designed to work with pdfmark.tmac.

Regards,
Keith.
