So If I understand correctly the format:
  - First you put a title or sum up and general explanations.
  - All entries starting with '* should first refer to a file.

But should the git commit systematically contain all these entries (it
seems it's not always the case)?  Also, some commits are not logged in
the ChangeLog (for example 8a542b38a574260c955df77b9fad39d1138162b0
fe4dae94c1a0c4093c7259a669db1d9da333cb8d), is it because they are minor
changes?  What is the general rule?
