Go and look in the

        groff_char

manual page. They are somewhere there.  I think therefor is

        \[3d]
and
        \[tf]

What do you mean by implies

        ->
or
        =>

There are lots of variations of arrows.  If you mean the latter then

        \[rA]

You can use these in EQN directly or by defining

        implies
or
        therefore

as the appropriate thing.
