So, let's use grub mainly, and use grub2 only if it is required.
Marco, can I ask Savannah hackers to rename files now? I can wait, if
you want to apply your patch.
We need to change these file names:
./include/pupa
./util/i386/pc/pupa-mkimage.c
./util/i386/pc/pupa-setup.c
./util/pupa-emu.c
