Hello Felix and Bandipat,

Thanks a lot to make me aware about the present scenario.
I am using debian squezze with grub2 Version: 1.96+20090317-1
the missing thing is graphical part and I am thinking to compile grub2 with the 
stuff as pointed by Felix.
Hope i am on the right track :-)
