    Add "REPORTING BUGS" and "COPYING" sections to Guile man page
    Thanks to Mark Harig for the suggestion.
    * doc/guile.1: Added "REPORTING BUGS" and "COPYING" sections, modelled
      on those in the Emacs man page.
