Errm, I don't know. Are we strict about what procedure is in what
standard, etc? We probably should, eventually.
If anything, I'd say that call-with-values should go into boot-9.scm,
since it is a core feature. I put it into r4rs.scm because call/cc
and apply are handled there as well.
