Oops, sorry, I didn't really test this. It should work now.
scm_tc16_allocated is only really useful for the now deprecated
SCM_NEWCELL macro. When SCM_NEWCELL is finally removed,
scm_tc16_allocated should go with it. For debugging cell accesses,
any value that is not scm_tc_free_cell will do. I used 0.
