This version does not look in ld.so.conf, nor /usr/local/ on the
appropriate platforms yet, but it does have a bunch of bugfixes. See
libguile-ltdl/ChangeLog and libguile-ltdl/README for details. This is
a heavily modified version of the work mvo started yesterday in
libltdl.
