Yes, I think that’s the way to go, since libguile-srfi-*,
libguilereadline*, etc. get installed to $(libdir), not $(pkglibdir).
If nobody objects, please commit it.

Yes since people may be explicitly linking against them (they’ve always
been under $(libdir)).
