There’s nothing like that.  Currently the strategy has been to import
stuff into Guile proper, or let people maintain it separately.

When we import things into Guile, we ensure licensing is appropriate,
and we pay extra attention to documentation, tests, and API design,
since we commit to maintain the module for a long time.  So this is
extra work for the submitter, but it can be worth it.
