[Guile-rpc-bugs] [Guile-RPC home page] Proposed changes

Hello Guile-RPC maintainers,

We are planning to migrate all templated pages on gnu.org to HTML5 in
order to improve accessibility. But before doing this, deprecated tags
such as <tt>, <acronym> and <big> need to be removed.

The home page of Guile-RPC contains <acronym>. I replaced it with
<abbr>, and took this opportunity to make other minor changes:

* Use <kbd> for commands and <code> for directories, program names, etc.

* Update the download links (HTPS is now preferred over FTP; mirrors can
be chosen automatically).

* Fix the mailing list address: bug-guile-rpc -> guile-rpc-bugs (the
archive of bug-guile-rpc@ doesn't seem to exist).

* http -> https if possible.

* Restyle the logo;

* Minor edits;

* Update to the latest boilerplate and reduce line width.

A diff is attached. If you agree with the changes but don't have time
to commit them right now, I will gladly do it.
