basically, i raided mgrabmue-pers-scheme for the new modules, adding
some stuff, and paring some other stuff, along the way. thanks, Martin.
(no worries, sizzweb will live on in a forthcoming ttn-do release... :-)
w/ the new modules it should be very simple for a program to act like a
webserver, exposing its state in response to http requests. see early
SWIG for an example of this fine idea. probably the executable module
(scripts lexer-repl) will grow such an appendage sooner or later.
