i welcome a scheme poplib implementation, to test weird module system
indexing protocols (insert laughter of a madman here).

basically, guile group veto power is an internal fiction, but there are
some smart brothers out there, that's for sure.  too bad i only get to
make a fool of myself in front of one great hacker at a time.

how ironic that zerkeley half-heartedness manifests even in the middle.

don't forget to write democode for this poplib.  that's where the art is.
a mail-service-transactor is all that's required, no big deal.

i dig the python impl single class encapsulation approach.
