Your `config.log' reads this:

shared object file: No such file or directory
  configure:22981: $? = 127

This means that `libltdl' is not in your `LD_LIBRARY_PATH', probably
because it is install in a "non-standard" location (i.e., neither under
`/lib' nor under `/usr/lib').

The fix is to adjust your `LD_LIBRARY_PATH' (or `/etc/ld.so.conf')
accordingly.
