    gnu: libtiff: Fix some buffer overflows.
    
    * gnu/packages/patches/libtiff-uint32-overflow.patch: New file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
    * gnu/packages/image.scm (libtiff/fixed)[source]: Use it.
