    This is a follow-up to 026ee1a5a669658c8d4745c2733b4c201ca0e48e.
    
    * gnu/packages/patches/pcre-CVE-2016-3191.patch: Delete file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
