    i18n: Add missing calls to 'l10n'.
    * modules/shepherd/support.scm (local-output): Remove useless 'gettext'
    Add missing 'l10n' call around strings passed to 'local-output'.
    * modules/shepherd/service.scm, modules/shepherd.scm: Likewise.
