gnu: icecat: Improve computed 'icecat-source' tarball.

    * gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (icecat-source): When packing the new IceCat
tarball, set the mtime of archived files to early 1980. Remove useless
    'string-append' applied to one argument.
