    gnu: gstreamer: Update to 1.16.1.
    
    * gnu/packages/patches/gstreamer-buffer-reset-offset.patch: Delete file.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
    * gnu/packages/gstreamer.scm (gstreamer): Update to 1.16.1.
    [source](patches): Remove.
    (gst-plugins-base, gst-plugins-good, gst-plugins-bad, gst-plugins-ugly,
    gst-libav, python-gst): Update to 1.16.1.
