    system: hurd: Remove 'cross-hurd-image' hack.
    
    The initial
    
        guix build -f gnu/system/hurd.scm
    
    hack has been superseded by regular guix system (cross) build.
    
    * gnu/system/hurd.scm (compile-manifest, cross-hurd-image): Remove.
