    * gnu/packages/package-management.scm (gcab): Update package
    definition.
    [version]: Update to 1.4.
    [source]<origin>[sha256]: Modify base32 hash.
    [outputs]: New output 'doc'.
    [arguments]<#:glib-or-gtk?>: New argument.
    <#:configure-flags>[-Ddocs]: Remove flag.
    [-Dintrospection]: Remove flag.
    <#:phases>['move-doc]: New phase.
    [native-inputs]: Add gettext, gobject-introspection and gtk-doc.
    Remove inttool.
    [inputs]: Remove glib.
    [propagated-inputs]: Add glib.
    [license]: Remove gpl2+.  Add lgpl2.1+.
