    gnu: Remove obsolete patches.
    
    These patches were pulled in via merges from 'master', but have no use on
    'core-updates'.
    
    * gnu/packages/patches/python-3.8-CVE-2021-3177.patch,
    gnu/packages/patches/python-3.9-fix-tests.patch: Delete files.
    * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove them.
