    gnu: multipath-tools: Update to 0.9.0.

    * gnu/packages/linux.scm (multipath-tools): Update to 0.9.0.
    [home-page]: Change to current.
    [source](uri): Likewise.
    [source](snippet): Remove trailing #t.
    [arguments]: Move LDFLAGS out of #:make-flags, and add in a phase. Add
    substitution for /bin/echo, and remove obsolete phases.
