It’s an interesting article indeed. I think it would deserve a rebuttal
(blog article? academic article?) from the bioinformaticians among us.
:-)
In particular, the claims about reproducibility, about integration into
workflow engines, and about comprehensiveness of the archive deserve
some discussion.
