I don’t think (srfi srfi-37) would be able to parse it correctly, and
I’d also prefer to keep a single way to do that.
I like that ‘-vN’ is unambiguous: if you type ‘-v2’, you know you’ll get
exactly level 2 regardless of what options came before (and might come
from $GUIX_BUILD_OPTIONS, etc.)
