[Outreachy] 2020 summer round status update

Hello,

I have marked Guix as participating in the 2020 summer Outreachy round.
Mentor request and proposals can now be added.
As of now I informed Outreachy that we have secured funding for one intern.
If we have several strong candidates this can be extended later.

I intend to copy over the proposals of the last round later this week.
