[bug#38194] [PATCH] make-bootstrap: Adjust copied linux headers.

Thanks for this patch as it helps to get the bootstrap binaries for
powerpc64le :)

This list of header files was added 4f3811f6bbd by Jan. I wonder if this
a.out.h is needed somewhere else in the "bootstrap chain".
