[bug#44224] [PATCH] doc: Fix various minor typos.

[Lulu]

Top level: Add end of line period to menu entry in the node listing.
Invoking 'guix time-machine': Remove duplicate word.
Invoking 'guix environment': As above.
PAM Mount Service: As above.
Running Guix in a Virtual Machine: Remove erroneous hyphen and duplicate word.
