[bug#47958] [PATCH] gnu: Add emacs-shell-command+.

* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-shell-command+): New variable.

I would prefer to avoid ELPA URLs because of issues with
reproducibility[1], but I wasn’t able to find any references to the
upstream Git repository.
