I have to admit that I wasn't sure about this all :). However, I decided to take
it "under investigation", because there was a paper (slideshow) by Aberer and
Hauswirth ("Peer-to-Peer information systems: concepts and models,
state-of-the-art, and future systems") where they mentioned that eBay is one
kind of model of p2p system (a.k.a. eCommerce system).
