Some more texture work:
HILO textures are really what we want for offsetting;
unfortunately NV20 doesn't do that; only NV25 does.
However, NV20 does have HILO dot products and in fact,
the most useful texturing mode seems to be two dot products
with *different* textures, accessing a 2D texture. This has the
most flexibility to produce interesting shapes.
Worked on an actual papermill that randomly assigns textures and
coordinates to a given paper id; it's starting to look pretty
good...
