[Gzz] Using P2P Storm

[Tuukka Hastrup]

I added into Storm a simple README, which tells how to share a local Storm 
pool via http. Unfortunately, I couldn't get sharing over P2P working. I 
thought it should work already, so could you add instructions to README.
