[Halevt-dev] Release 0.1.6.1

Hello,

Release 0.1.6.1 is out. I described it as a 'enhancement release', while I
relabeled 0.1.6 as a 'bugfix relase', for those who really care about
regressions. I would nevertheless recommend using the latest release.

The change is:

    *  use of device property to specify other devices in exec (report from 
Marcus Habermehl)
