Details:

The GNU Health Federation[1] is an ecosystem that allows to integrate and
aggregate information from heterogeneous health nodes.

The GH Federation uses Thalamus [2] message and authentication server as the
backend to communicate to the Health Information System, a Document-oriented
database.

The GH Federation Portal is a web application that will be the frontend of the
Federation. It will provide a central point of access to the federation. Some
highlights :

* Web application (using Vue.js)
* Responsive, OS and browser independent
* Independent from any of the node versions and applications
* Focused in both management and analytics
* Connects directly to Thalamus (backend) API
* Will also serve as a person / patient portal

The initial release should be early Q4 of this 2019, and the development will
be on Savannah, as the other GH components.

The GH Federation portal will be a key component of the GNU Health ecosystem,
and we're looking forward to get your feedback and suggestions about it !

Best,
Luis
