    I'd assume that's the best/most elegant way - in the respective
    TinyDB table these are also separate values.

    Of course it's your decision, both solutions have advantages and
    disadvantages, but with several years of reporting experience in
    background I'd prefer the first way - two separate Columns. I would
    suppose that (commercial) bp monitors that offer export would also
    use commas. If one would use some other character as delimiter (e.g.
    "/" or ";"), that could be easily converted by importing in a
    spreadsheet program using customized delimiter and exporting again
    as plain csv.
    
    Please let me know when the csv format is final, then I'll continue
    testing.
