I think Services functionality is an administrative task, separated
from the clinical environment, so I don't think we should have the
relate link on the patient.

The prescription should not go on the services. The prescription is a
separate document on its own. Did you mean the lab services ?

Of course, in smaller centers or private offices the doctor would
create in many cases the service document, and even the invoice, so in
those scenarios, the relate button would work.
