Does your solution include an attendance indicator? If not, I propose that we add an attendance indicator, whose purpose is to indicate whether the booked appointment has attended or not.  We can have a drop down list with the below options :
* attended
* cancelled
* not attended (no show)

It seems one is able to make appointments for different patients to see the same doctor at the same time, i.e. to double book a doctor. Is there a way to prevent this? When making an appointment is there a way to check when a particular doctor is available?
