Gentlemen,
I am running the GNU Health system (version 2.0)in a dedicated server (Ubuntu Server 13.04) which is all ok. Now I want to automate the process in order that the program starts at the OS startup.
Please can you help me to do that?

You can follow the tutorial that is for Debian based distros [1].

There you have a daemon script to handle auto start which you can adapt [2].
