This is one of the features we want to include in the upcoming release,
and one of the items in the poll :)

We are actually debating which would be the best, easiest and generic
way to achieve it.

One way would be to associate the procedure to service line in an
existing health Service Document ID  (eg, "SERV
2014/003") with state "draft".

We could also generate "templates" related to specific medical services,
as to minimize the input.

We have to be careful on the design, so we don't end up with many
uncoupled service documents, assigning the service to another document
of the patient, and things like this, common in the daily operation,
specially when the health professionals in busy departments.
