[Health] Purpose of field Procedures in Patient Evaluation

Dear gnuhealth-ionites,

I'm wondering about the purpose of field Procedures in Patient Evaluation. How is it supposed to be used?

Is it to record procedures that have been made during the evaluation i.e. procedures done in order to make the diagnosis? (like a skin scraping for example)

Or is it to record the procecdures that are to be made as part of the treatment plan going forward?
