I still dont get it realy clear.
How do i install the patches under YAST. (unneeded patches)
As far as i have understood i need these unneeded patches to get the latest fixes into the system.

you should always install all available patches. Best would be to stop the
server before:
systemctl stop gnuhealth-webdav (if used)
systemctl stop gnuhealth
systemctl stop postgresql
Install updates:
zypper up
restart services (or system, if e.g. a new kernel was installed
