[Health] Problem with FrontDesk Group

Good morning, community.

I'm testing GnuHealth and trying to create a Patient using the user "demo_frontdesk" out-of-the-box.

It's not possible: two accounts are mandatory for this user. When i try thid with the "admin" user, those accounts aren't mandatory.

Suggestions?
