Although you could, in GNU Health, we differentiate between sex
(biological sex) and gender. You can have combinations in many
cases, where a health professional needs to know the current gender
status and the biological sex of a person, and the history.
The pregnancy and GPA info is calculated automatically from the
obstetric info.
