GNU Health can interact with DHIS2 via different ways and data formats
(JSON,CSV, XML) so you can import / export data from GNU Health to DHIS2
and vice-versa.

Moreover, in GNU Health 3.4 you can use Thalamus API of the GNU Health
Federation for optimal analytics and reporting.
