[Health] health professional on evaluations

Dear all, 

please i need some help.

i am testing GNU Health on a virtual server having the demo database.

i've created a new hospital with health professionals. i've then created a patient and i've assigned to this patient the health prof i created before as GP.

when i open an evaluation for this patient the system picks a health prof from the standard "GNU Solidario hospital" and i don't have the possibility to change anything at this level.

Where can i change this setting? please check the screenshots attached for more infos.
