Dear GNU Health community
I am proud to announce that IMFSA Bangladesh, the largest medical
student organization in the country, with 3500+ members and 65
universities, have signed a 5-year partnership with GNU Solidario.
The goal is to implement the different components of GNU Health
ecosystem (Hospital Management System; Laboratory Information System;
the GH Federation...) on different public health scenarios.
In addition, MyGNUHealth, the Personal Health Record from our
beloved KDE Plasma for mobile and desktop environments will also be
deployed. We'll see Libre operating systems and applications on
medical students laptops, research labs and university libraries!
This is great news, but also carries a tremendous responsibility and
effort on our side. This is a call to any of you who want to be part of
GNU Health family, to send us a note.
A huge step forward in the adoption of Libre health informatics in
the public health system, and we're very proud of it.
Thank you to all of you who make this possible. Thank you for putting
technology for the betterment of our society and for improving the
lives of those who need it most.
