Have you check the access permissions on pg_hba.conf and that you don't
have the firewall enabled blocking the port from external connections?
In addition to that, be *very* careful to use postgres directly on GNU
Health. GNU Health HMIS uses a relational DB model which is intended to
be managed from the trytond server. Failing to do so, the chances of
ending with a corrupted database is very high.
I use postgres tools mainly to make backups and restore.
