[Health] Patient first name only on Invoice Address

Hi,

I was able to generate invoice on gnuhealth 3.8 installed on openSUSE leap 15.3.

I noticed that, only patient's first name is catch on the Invoice Address on the invoice module form, see attached https://paste.opensuse.org/90950780. and on the print copy of the invoice, see sample: https://paste.opensuse.org/28805480.

I copy a codes from labtest_report template (for patient full name and PUID) and placed on invoice template, to see if full name & PUID details will be fetch and display on the invoice, but not display. (<test.patient.name.lastname>, <test.patient.name.name><test.patient.puid or ''>) .

Any help in accomplishing this task is appreciated, please.
